1.       A language of symbols that enables an individual to establish relations between test objects and
    pre-established standards.

    2.       An artificial, quantitative field of study which attempts to compare or elucidate parameters such
    as length, size, weight, brightness, etc.

    Mathematics has absolutely nothing to do with Physics.
